Dr. Emmanuel Francois is a distinguished general surgery specialist in Baltimore, MD. A graduate of the Faculté De Medecine de l’Universite d’Etat d’Haiti. He also earned a Master’s in Public Health from the George Washington University in Washington DC.
A member of Vietnam Veterans of America, Dr. Francois co-founded the Haitian Medical Association (AMHE) and serves as Chairman of the AMHE Foundation, leading efforts in public health and medical philanthropy.
